ISE has been providing EDI services since the early 90s and has even created two EDI packages custom designed for our customers. While ISE has experience with many EDI packages, we provide daily support for Gentran and Inovis/TrustedLink/Harbinger.

Configuration

ISE provides many EDI services for our clients including every type of configuration such as adding new trading partners and adding new transactions to existing trading partners. ISE works directly with our customer’s trading partners to complete the testing and implement the installation.

Complete Support

For many of our EDI customers, ISE is their entire EDI department, performing daily tasks such as daily error monitoring, data resends, new configuration and custom programming.
